Thank you for taking the time to complete this short questionnaire. As some of you may know, I have recently changed the legal status of the Business (Green Tree Remedies) from a sole trader to a Community Interest Company, which is a not for profit business. This change should allow to increase my ability to help members of our community that may have financial difficulties accessing the support themselves. It also means that I can apply for funding to support this process or offer specific projects.
One of the main things that funders want to see is how the services I offer have helped people.
