About Bach Flowers
The Bach Flowers are set of 38 remedies made from plants and other natural sources that work on balancing our emotions.
Each remedy has an indication for a different emotion state, e.g. rescue remedy is for shock and acute anxiety states, impatiens for when you feel impatient or honeysuckle for when the past has too strong a hold on you.
The remedies help us to understand how we feel and to work through emotions so that we feel happier and more complete. They soften how we feel so that we can accept the emotion, understand it, where it comes from and move past it.
Dr Bach, who developed the remedies, believed that all dis-ease states developed from imbalances of the emotions and that the flower remedies help to address these imbalances.
These are very safe medicines that work on a vibrational (energy) level and are suitable for all ages and conditions.
