Finally pictures of the outcome of my limited foraging this winter. A nice picking of elderberries made into a tasty elderberry balsamic which doubles as a tasty salad dressing and a winter immune remedy…and the batch of rosehip syrup from the rosehips. Next year I plan to make much more of this as it is very tasty and again a great winter tonic, full of Vit C helping to reduce chance of winter colds etc. Next year I will make enough to make it available for people!
