Rosehips, one of the richest sources of vit C. Waiting patiently, although slightly reluctantly as it will mean winter is closing in, for the first good frost. Then I can harvest, process and make into a winter syrup as a great tonic.
Fennel seeds, nearly ready but not quite yet..
Waiting for the seeds and stalks to turn a little brown and then I can harvest.
These will be dried and used as a tasty tea to help improve digestion and ease any wind issues.
